This is a full scale user research and design project that I conducted for my graduation Capstone. The Capstone Process Book lists the steps I carried out for research and design including a contextual inquiry study, competitive landscape analysis, design iteration, and evaluation. It also discusses the finding of this research and evaluation, as well as lessons I learned working with subject matter experts.
